29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: On or about April 9, 2022, and at times prior thereto, in the storeroom where employees were exposed to a fire hazard when the exit route was obstructed. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1438186, citation number 2 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 19, 2021 with respect to a workplace located at 4428 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022.
