29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i):The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator was competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): a) 189 Fox Field Rd, Bitterroot Furniture: On or about March 30, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while operating a Crown Lift Truck (model 30SP48TT-S, serial H-6572-3) without proper operator training.
