29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about March 29, 2022, employees were exposed to electrical shock and burns near the 550-mixer due to the lack of strain relief on the electrical wire entering the electrical box because the insulation was pulled away from the plug.
