29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 �F (37.8 �C), were dispensed into containers without the nozzle and container being electrically interconnected and grounded. a) On or about 03/30/2022; in the Painting Area, when employees pour flammable liquids such as but not limited to paint, paint thinner or acetone in a waste drum metal container without both containers being effectively bonded and grounded to prevent discharge sparks of static electricity, employees are exposed to fire hazards. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
