29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: On or about: March 24, 2022 Location: 131 Mamaroneck Ave., White Plains, NY 10601 a)Employees engaged in erecting/dismantling scaffold activities were utilizing scaffold that was assembled approximately 40 feet without being supported by base plates, and mudsills to gain access roof . The employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 40ft to the ground below. Condition observed on or about 03/24/2022.
