29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i):A written hazard communication program which also includes the following: A list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that is referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet (the list may be compiled for the workplace as a whole or for individual work areas). (a) 2650 Richmond Highway, Stafford, VA 22554: On or about 3/17/22, and times prior thereto, employees had access and exposure to cleaning and sanitizing chemicals in the storage and custodial closets, which the employer had failed to ensure that the list of hazard chemicals known to be present at the workplace was maintained.
