29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets: a) On or about March 14, 2022, at a worksite located at 3495 Shaddock Creek, Frisco, TX; where employees, who were working under excavation, were not protected from head injuries by wearing hard hats.
