29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2):Each exit must be clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit." a) Warehouse: On or about 03/10/2022, an exit sign over a door on the south wall in front of Rack 8 was not viewable from areas in the warehouse due to stock being piled high and obstructing the view exit sign. b) Warehouse: On or about 3/10/2022, an exit sign over a door on the south wall in front of Rack 30 was not viewable from areas in the warehouse due to stock being piled high and obstructing the view of the exit sign. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
