29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial trucks found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating conditions: On or about March 2, 2022, in the warehouse, employees transporting material including but not limited to wooden pallets and merchandise were required to operate powered industrial trucks with unsafe components such as but not limited to load bearing wheel and axles and brakes.
