29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3)(i): The employer did not train each employee in the nature of the fall hazards in the work area and how to recognize them: (a) On or about 03/1/22 - International Automotive Components Group North Group, Inc. at 318 Pappy Dunn Blvd, Anniston, AL.36205, employees working on Press #14 were exposed to a fall hazard when climbing approximately 9 feet onto machinery to attach a crane hook to an eyebolt screwed into the molds.
