29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): Employer did not develop or implement a written chemical hazard communications program for contracted employees working with or near hazardous chemicals including anhydrous ammonia and welding fumes at Lincoln Premium Poultry - 1325 E. Cloverly Rd - Fremont, Nebraska. A written hazard communication program was not provided upon agency request. On or about February 19, 2022, second shift contracted employee(s) disassembled a process cooling unit, releasing anhydrous ammonia. An employee suffered severe skin and inhalation burns.
