29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Unless specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, flexible cords and cables may not be used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) Production Floor, 4528 West Gate Parkway, Dothan, AL: On February 24, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical or fire hazards by allowing temporary wiring (extension cords) to be used a permanent wiring to provide power for clocks in the center opening between the old and new bays.
