29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: a) 7 Kingsville Drive, Monroe, NY- On or about February 14, 2022, an employee was operating a concrete pump hose while standing on top of concrete forms approximately 10-feet above the ground and was not protected from falling. The employees did not received fall protection training.
