29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i):Each employee on walking/working surfaces shall be protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes: (a) This violation occurred on or about February 18, 2022, at the job site located at 3311 Sue Belle Lake Road, Marshall, TX; were not protected from falling through the skylight opening to the ground level. There are approximately 1536 skylights on the roof.
