29 CFR 1910.94(c)(3)(i)(b): In no case shall combustible material be used in the construction of a spray booth and supply or exhaust duct connected to it. Employees were exposed to fire hazards. Employee engaged in painting activities at in the paint booth were exposed to fire hazards in that the paint booth was constructed of combustible materials. The paintbooth walls were constructed of plywood.
