29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: a) On or about February 15, 2022, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling from elevations up to approximately 13 feet when climbing a portable extension ladder while carrying materials and equipment to a pitched roof deck landing surface. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
