29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) On or about 2/9/2022, Henry E. Rohlsen Airport 21Kingshill, VI 00851 - Office, two power strips were not being used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. The power strips were daisy-chained, and one of them was being used for critical communications equipment and the second power strip was powering a Laser Jet Pro MFP M426fdw printer, and a Casio, DR210R Heavy Duty Adding Machine, exposing employees to a fire hazard. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
