29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. a. Located at 255 Arlington Drive in Pickerington, Ohio: On or about February 10, 2022, employees were performing siding work from a pump jack scaffold platform that did not have a complete fall protection system in place, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard from approximately fifteen feet.
