29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i):The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure. a) Retail Area - On or about 2/3/22, the employer did not make the hepatitis B vaccine available to employees with reasonably anticipated exposure to blood and/or other potentially infectious materials (OPIM). Front end employees, including managers and supervisors, have occupational exposure to blood and/or OPIM as they were required to clean-up blood spills, which had occurred. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
