29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: Location - 17 Brent Drive, Hudson, MA 01749 - Production area. On or about 2/8/2022, a portable fire extinguisher was covered with airline hoses, and was not readily accessible for use in the event of a fire.
