29 CFR 1910.119(c)(1): The employer did not develop a written plan of action regarding the implementation of the employee participation required by this paragraph. At a worksite located at 1645 NW 550 Road, Kingsville, MO 64061: Employees are exposed to fire and explosion hazards. This was demonstrated on or about January 27, 2022, and at times prior to when employees were working with energetic materials at a small arms ammunition manufacturing facility. The employer failed to develop a written plan of action that included employee participation in the development of various process safety programs.
