29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii): Based on the mechanical strength and durability, electrical equipment was not effective to protect wiring equipment: A) Lowes Home Improvement, Store #2613 on or about February 01, 2022 in the lumber storage area: The flexible metal conduit leading to the Panel Saw was damaged. The internal conductors in the conduit were exposed at the damaged area.
