29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v):Fork-lifts shall not be used to support scaffold platforms unless the entire platform is attached to the fork and the fork-lift is not moved horizontally while the platform is occupied. The employer failed to protect employee from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about January 31st, 2022, in Gretna, Nebraska 68028. Employees were observed conducting framing operations on a mobile platform that wasn't secured to the forklift.
