29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Inner-Tite Corp, 110 Industrial Drive Holden, MA. 01520, Machine 145: On January 31, 2022, and at times prior the flexible electrical extension cords in use by employees in the area of machine #145 were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:
