29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: The employer does not ensure that exit routes in the storeroom are kept free and unobstructed. a) This most recently occurred on and preceding January 31, 2022, at 8525 Dunham Road, Maple Heights, OH 44137. The paths of travel to the emergency exits in the storeroom were obstructed and/or blocked by wheeled carts, large boxes, bins, and trash. The emergency exit was also obstructed and/or blocked from the outside with snow and bagged trash/old merchandise. In case of emergencies, employee evacuation to safety was slowed or prevented.
