29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about January 26, 2022, employees were exposed to potential physical hazards due to an identified and mounted portable fire extinguisher located at the entrance/exit of the warehouse, which was blocked by a desk, chair, storage rack, and product.
