29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Location - 43 Bedford St. Burlington, MA On or about 1/27/2022, the employer did not ensure employees installing a solar panel system on a residential dwelling were protected from falls to a lower level. The Vivint Solar, Inc. dba Sunrun Solar was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1543185, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 6, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 29 S Bedford St. Woburn, MA 01801. The Sunrun Solar, Inc. company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1342329, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 12, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 63-19 90th Street, Howard Beach, NY 11414.
