At the jobsite located at 4365 SW 118th Ter, Ocala, FL: On or about January 26, 2022, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet when the employer did not ensure that each employee exposed to fall hazards were trained by a competent person prior to the exposure.
