29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": a) Plant, Fresh Shipping Dock area; on or about January 19, 2022 and at times prior to, employees were exposed to fire and/or anhydrous ammonia hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that the exit door discharging to the battery room was marked by an EXIT sign to minimize delays and exposure during an emergency.
