29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that each employee using ladders and/or stairways had been trained by a competent person in the proper construction, use, placement, and care in handling the ladders and/or stairways: (a) On or about 1/17/2022 and at times prior to, subcontractor employees were exposed to fall hazards while using an eight foot Werner Ladder because the employer did not ensure employees were trained to properly use the ladder when wet conditions are present.
