29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3): Training program content. Powered industrial truck operators shall receive initial training in the following topics, except in topics which the employer can demonstrate are not applicable to safe operation of the truck in the employer's workplace. During the week of December 27, 2021, at an establishment located at 1740 Cofrin Drive, Suite #2, in Green Bay, Wisconsin; the employer did not develop and train employees on the safe use and operations of the pallet jack forklifts when utilized to move pallets of paper exposing employees to struck by and caught between hazards.
