29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: IMAS Area, Machine #2610: On, or about, January 31, 2022, employees performed tool changes and other set-up activities on the interior machining stations without the machine locked out. The door interlocks were not operational and the emergency stop button used to de-energize the machine was not under the exclusive control of the employee.
