29 CFR 1910.178(m)(4): Industrial truck drivers were not prohibited from placing extremities outside the running lines of the truck. The employer failed to ensure the operator of the Raymond stand up reach forklift kept his extremities inside the running lines of the truck in the cooler warehouse located at 1915 East Kansas City Road, Olathe, Kansas. The sanitation worker operating a Raymond stand up forklift operated the forklift with extremities outside the running lines of the truck, causing the employee to be fatally injured.
