29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3): Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift: a) Worksite was located at 2 Applegate Dr, Robbinsville Twp, NJ 08691 - Employees were exposed to fall hazards while they were working from the Genie Model GS-1930, serial number GS30P-194613 scissor lift that was not inspected prior to it being used with an unserviceable snap hook on the platform entry chain. Violation occurred on or about December 11, 2021.
