29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: At a worksite located at 204 1st Street, Pattonsburg, MO 64670: Employees were exposed to potential chemical burns from toxic or hazardous substances, including corrosives and were not provided with a quick emergency drenching for the body. On or about December 6, 2021, and at times prior to nitrogen stabilizer was added to a nurse tank. Employees overfilled the tank causing an overpressure situation resulting in activation of the relief valve.
