29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: a. One Capital Drive, Suite#1, Cranbury, NJ - Slitter Line The employer did not ensure that Authorized employees received hazardous energy control training. Employees engaged in the manufacture of tape products operated equipment that included, but was not limited to Arrow Converting Corp., Model 325 Slitter, where regular changes of the cutting blades were required, and the employee was not provided Lockout/Tagout training that included methods and means needed to isolate electrical and mechanical energy. Violation occurred on or about April 21, 2022
