29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) On or about 11/26/2021 and at times earlier - at 2600 McFarland Blvd E, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405, at the exit discharge door at the back of the stockroom, employees were exposed to fire related hazards due to boxes of merchandise, pieces of metal and board/plastic pallets obstructing the egress route preventing its use in the event of an emergency.
