29 CFR 1910.147(a)(2)(ii)(B): An employee was required to place a part of his or her body into an area on a machine or piece of equipment where work was actually performed upon the material being processed (point of operation) or where an associated danger zone existed during a machine operating cycle. a) At the trim block conveyor waste belt pulley number 2, located at 1603 Drayton Rd, Cordele, GA 31015, on November 18, 2021, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to nip and caught in hazards, in that the conveyor was not shut down while the employees used hand-tools and chainsaws to clear jams.
