29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees. a) At buildings 308, throughout the facilities, on or about November 18, 2021, the employer exposed employees to amputation, caught-in, struck-by, and shock hazards, in that the employer did not provide training on the control of hazardous energy for employees who performed work on the blowers and sewing machines. b) At buildings 610, throughout the facilities, on or about November 18, 2021, the employer exposed employees to amputation, caught-in, struck-by, and shock hazards, in that the employer did not provide training on the control of hazardous energy for employees who performed work on the blowers and sewing machines. a) At the overflow building located on Space Place, throughout the facilities, on or about November 18, 2021, the employer exposed employees to amputation, caught-in, struck-by, and shock hazards, in that the employer did not provide training on the control of hazardous energy for employees who performed work on the blowers and sewing machines.
