29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3): The employee training did not include the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv): a) 2751 Southampton Road, PHILADELPHIA, PA 19154 - On or about November 12, 2021, the employer did not implement effective information and training program, including but not limited to details of the hazard communication program, explanation of the labels and safety data sheets, and physical and chemical hazards of chemicals used. Employees were engaged in grinding and welding activities on stainless steel materials, containing chromium, manganese, nickel, iron, copper, etc., exposing employees to metal dust and metal fumes.
