29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) King Soopers, 4600 Leetsdale Dr., Glendale, CO 80246: On 11/17/2022, and at times prior, portable fire extinguishers were obstructed by merchandise. As such, extinguishers were not readily available for use in the case of an emergency. This exposed employees to fire hazards.
