29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about November 9, 2021, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure employee(s) had access to the fire extinguisher(s) at all times, exposing employee(s) to fire hazards: a) At the welding area, a fire extinguisher was not mounted in its designated location. b) At the center beam by welding area, a fire extinguisher was blocked by equipment on the pallet. c) At the bay door near the steel material, a fire extinguisher was not mounted in its designated location.
