29 CFR 1918.22(b):The hand rails on the gangway or turntable were not kept taut at all times. A) At The Vessel, WAAL Confidence, located at 112 Marine Terminal Dr. Savannah, GA on or about March 29, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that the handrails on the off shore side of the gangway were taut at all times while employees used the gangway for access and egress.
