29 CFR 1910.109(d)(3)(iii): Every motor vehicle transporting any quantity of Class A or Class B explosives was not at all times attended by a driver or other attendant of the motor carrier: (a) On or about November 03, 2021, for employees engaged in perforating operations at the worksite located at or near 13456 Seventh Street NW, Grassy Butte, North Dakota, where the 2018 Silver Ford F250 was left unattended while containing explosives, including but not limited to; loaded perforations guns, detonation cord, and detonators.
