29 CFR 1926.302(b)(5):The manufacturer's safe operating pressure for hoses, pipes, valves, filters, and other fittings were exceeded. a) Jennadee Drive; Lot 191: On or about 10/20/2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees performing roofing activities to struck-by hazards, in that they were operating Makita or Pierce (PRC) pneumatic nail gun(s) at 128psi. This was above the 120 psi maximum range of the nail gun. Adrian Barron Ocampo was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926. 302(b)(5), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1538883, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/13/20221, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 1, Springfield Way Atlanta, GA 30349
