29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) On or about 11/3/2021, Discovery Village at Naples facility, located at 8417 Sierra Meadows Blvd, Naples, FL 34113, the employer did not provide a fit test for each employee who was provided with and used Direct Supply N95 disposable folded respirators when caring for residents.
