29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about October 22, 2021, and at times prior thereto, three employees were cutting materials and handing them up to the framers working up to approximately 13 feet high, exposing the cutters to the hazard of being struck-by falling materials.
