29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3):The employer did not ensure walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. Central Paper Stock, Inc. located at 6665 Jonas Place in Berkeley, MO 63134: The employer allowed employees to traverse the large Harris Selco Baler, 72" wide, steel belt, in-feed conveyor while the conveyor rotated and was loaded with stacked material. Additionally, the conveyor contained protrusions in regular intervals which measured approximately three inches high
