29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Francisco Morales Cruz DBA Fran Roofing LLC located at 6395 Spring Run Drive, Westerville, OH 43082: On and preceding October 26, 2021, employees were performing re-roofing work without fall protection, thereby exposed to a fall hazards ranging from 10-25 feet. Franscisco Morales Cruz was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1533840, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 16, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 7781 Blue Ash Ct, Canal Winchester, 43110. Franscisco Morales Cruz was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1488130, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/25/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 231 John Reese Parkway, Pataskala, OH 43062.
