29 CFR 1910.178(a)(5): The powered industrial truck was equipped with front-end attachments other than factory-installed attachments, however, the employer did not request that the truck be marked to identify the attachments and show the approximate weight of the truck and attachment combination at maximum elevation with load laterally centered: A) 2615 U.S. 130 Cranbury, NJ 08512 - Warehouse Area Employee(s) were operating Doosan and Toyota forklifts that had carpet pole attachments used for moving heavy carpet rolls and other coiled materials. The forklift truck's data and capacity plates were not changed to reflect the attachment. Condition noted on or about 10/21/2021
